USAIPools provides an AI-powered pool visualization platform that generates photorealistic before/after imagery showing how a swimming pool might appear on a given US residential property. The platform uses satellite imagery, AI placement analysis, and generative image models to produce visualizations.

6. Subscription Plans and Billing

USAIPools offers subscription plans billed monthly:

The first 3 addresses are free with no credit card required. After that, a subscription is required.

Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial months.

7. Intellectual Property

Our content: The USAIPools platform, including its design, code, trademarks, and brand assets, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property law.

Visualizations: We grant you a non-exclusive license to use visualizations generated from your submitted addresses for lawful commercial and personal purposes, provided that any use in marketing or advertising clearly discloses that the images are AI-generated.

Satellite imagery: Satellite images used in visualizations are sourced from Google Maps and remain subject to Google's terms of service.

Your use of USAIPools is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, USAIPools and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for:

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that visualizations will be accurate or suitable for any particular use.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or if we determine that your use poses a risk to other users or our systems. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or cancelling through your account settings.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website with at least 14 days' notice before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
