Delete Your Account

You can delete your Pools AI Design account and the data tied to it at any time, in the app or by email.

Delete it in the app

1. Open Pools AI Design and sign in.
2. Tap the ⋯ button at the top right to open Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

The account is deleted right away.

Or ask us by email

If you can't sign in, email hello@usaipools.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We delete it within 30 days and reply when it's done.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address, sign-in details, plan and remaining credits
• Every design you made: your photos and the generated images
• Your ratings, feedback messages and notification settings

What is kept

• A record of past purchases (product and date) with your account removed from it, for bookkeeping and tax purposes

Subscriptions

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Pro subscription bought through Google Play. Cancel it in the Play Store (Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) so you aren't billed again.
